Volvo Construction Equipment has concurred the securing of CeDe Group, a niche Swedish engineering company that specialises that works in adapting standard construction machinery for special applications.The deal incorporates all CeDe Group's protected property, operations, other assets and staff of circa 45 full-time employees. Purchase price was not disclosed.Surrender Group has a notoriety in Scandinavia as a low-volume adaptor of construction and mining machinery for special applications.
